Shipping policy

Where we ship

Waglo currently ships to Canada. Orders are fulfilled by our shipping partner in China and travel internationally to you. We do not offer local pickup.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for Canadian orders accepted at checkout. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges, if assessed and not collected at checkout, may be payable on delivery.

Delivery estimate

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks from placing your order to delivery. This is our planning estimate, including processing and international transit, not a guaranteed arrival date. Our current shipping service estimates 7–15 days in transit after dispatch; processing takes additional time and varies with supplier availability. Customs, holidays, weather and remote destinations can cause delays.

If we learn of a significant delay or cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you with an update and available options, including cancellation and a refund before dispatch.

Tracking

We will email your tracking details after dispatch. Tracking may take a few days to show its first update and can pause while a parcel travels between countries.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly if you need a correction; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started. If tracking shows a delivery problem, your parcel arrives damaged, or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email WagloPetCo@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
