These terms apply to your use of the Waglo online store and purchases made through it. Please read the product information, shipping details, return policy and order total before placing an order.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the store and at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected at checkout are displayed before payment.

If an item is unavailable or an order contains a material pricing or product-information error, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or increase your order total without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and refund any payment collected for it.

Product information

Read the product description and use instructions before purchase and use. Colours may vary with screen settings. Results depend on the fabric, hair type and correct use; images and demonstrations do not guarantee the same result on every surface. This does not limit your rights if goods are defective or do not match their description.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Delivery availability and charges are shown before payment. Any stated delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us promptly about a delayed or missing order so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Our Return and refund policy explains our 30-day change-of-mind return process, return postage, faulty goods and refunds. Contact us as soon as possible about a cancellation or address change; changes may not be possible once processing or dispatch has started.

Using this website

Do not use this store for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, attempts to access another person's account, or interference with the website. Keep account credentials private. Links to third-party services are governed by those services' own terms where applicable.

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit the store, contact us or place an order.

Updates and consumer rights

We may update these terms for future use and orders. Changes do not remove rights attached to an order already placed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
